These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GameView digital signage platform at gameviewmanager.com, including its optional third-party integrations (the "Service"), operated by GameView, a product of DTV Game Control ("GameView," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GameView is a digital-signage platform for bars, restaurants, and venues. It lets you build and schedule on-screen content ("tapestries"), manage displays and controllers, and optionally sync images from a linked Google Drive folder. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
You agree not to:
If you connect Google Drive, you authorize GameView to read image files from the Drive folders you explicitly link, using read-only access, solely to sync those images into your GameView Asset Library and display them on your signage. You represent that you have the right to use those files for this purpose. Our handling of information received through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time.
You retain all rights to the content you upload or link ("Your Content"). You grant GameView a limited license to host, process, adapt (e.g., resize or composite for display), and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by GameView and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Google Drive). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. Third-party services may change or become unavailable.
Some features may be offered for a fee. Applicable fees, billing terms, and any storage or usage charges will be disclosed to you. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameView and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
