Canva Integration — Terms

These terms apply specifically to your use of the GameView Canva integration and supplement the general GameView Terms of Service. In case of conflict about the Canva integration, these terms control. By connecting Canva, you agree to them.

1. What the integration does

The integration lets you import designs from your Canva account into GameView so you can use them as slides on your signage playlists. See the Canva Privacy page for how data is handled.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to, the Canva account and the designs you import, and to display them on your signage;
• You must not import content you are not authorized to use, or that is unlawful or infringing;
• You are responsible for what you choose to import and display, including any third-party assets, fonts, or stock media within your Canva designs and their licensing.

3. Canva's terms

Your use of Canva is also governed by Canva's own terms and policies. GameView is not responsible for Canva's services, and those services may change or become unavailable. GameView is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva.

4. Disconnecting

You can disconnect the integration at any time from your GameView account, or revoke it from your Canva account's connected-apps settings. Disconnecting stops further imports; designs already imported remain in your Asset Library until you delete them.

5. Availability & changes

The integration is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it, and we may update these terms from time to time (reflected by the "Last updated" date above). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. All disclaimers, liability limits, and other provisions of the general Terms of Service apply.
