Canva Integration — Privacy

This page describes how GameView handles data accessed through the Canva Connect API for its optional Canva integration. It supplements our general Privacy Policy. GameView is a digital-signage platform operated by GameView, a product of DTV Game Control.

1. What Canva data we access

Connecting Canva is entirely optional. If you connect it, you authorize GameView, through Canva's OAuth flow, to access—on your behalf and with your consent:

• Your basic Canva profile (such as your name and account identifier) to show which account is linked;
• The designs you choose to import and their exported image/asset files, so we can bring them into GameView.

We request only the permissions needed for the import feature and access only the designs you explicitly select or export to GameView.

2. How we use it

We use this access for a single purpose: to import the Canva designs you select into your GameView Asset Library so you can use them as slides on your signage playlists ("tapestries"). Specifically, we:

• Read your basic profile to display the linked account;
• Retrieve and store a copy of the designs/assets you choose to import so they can be moderated, approved, edited, and displayed on your screens.

We do not access designs you don't import, and we do not use Canva data for advertising or sell it.

3. Storage & security

Canva OAuth tokens are stored server-side, encrypted, and never exposed to the browser or to other customers. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and protected with access controls and industry-standard safeguards.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your Canva data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service, with people within your own organization you've granted access, or when required by law.

5. Retention & deletion

• You can disconnect Canva at any time from your GameView account; disconnecting revokes GameView's access token and stops further imports.
• You may also review or revoke connected apps from your Canva account settings.
• Designs already imported into your Asset Library remain until you delete them; you can remove them individually at any time.
• On account closure or on request, we delete your stored Canva data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
